At Seed Academy, we use a program called Clipboard to organise lesson schedules and receive payments for the Seed Academy enrolled activities.
Clipboard functions similarly to a shopping website. Parents can click on each child's name and add selected activities to the cart under the relevant headings. Once all activities are selected, they can proceed to the cart to finalise payment. The program also offers an option to save card details for a quicker future checkout.
To access the portal, you need to create an account using an email invitation sent by the Seed administrator.
For quick access to Clipboard Parents can save the webpage as an icon on their phone by simply clicking the share button in the menu bar, scrolling down the list of options, then tap add to home screen.
Enrolling in Seed Academy is optional for parents and comes with additional payment requirements beyond regular school fees.
It is the parent's responsibility to go to the parent portal and pay for the next term's fees in advance. An email will be sent out to parents notifying them when the portal is open. All payments will then be collected in the last two weeks of the previous term.
Enrolments in Seed Academy roll over each Term. As per our terms and conditions, you must give notice before the end of the current term if you wish to make changes to your enrolment. Failure to notify Seed Academy may result in being charged for the additional term.
